Cabin Readiness Check
Cabin Readiness Check
Cabin presented, operational and ready to receive passengers
CARION delivers Cabin Readiness services focused on presenting a correctly prepared cabin, operationally ready for boarding. We conduct a visual verification of catering, amenities, seats and essential elements per the operator's briefing, coordinating with the FBO and crew where applicable.
The objective is to confirm a ready-to-board cabin within the actual operational window, with minimal operational footprint and without affecting the departure sequence.
Cabin Readiness is verification and preparation. It does not replace Turnaround Cabin Cleaning or Interior Detailing.
Does not include maintenance, repairs, modifications or intervention in aircraft technical systems.
Minimal operational footprint. Maximum presentation consistency.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into turnaround operations and pre-boarding preparation. Scope is determined by the actual window, access conditions and the operator's briefing, ensuring a ready-to-board outcome without unnecessary interference.
Service levels
Flexible formats for airlines, FBOs and VIP operations. Final scope is defined by briefing, aircraft type and actual operational window.
These are not fixed packages. Each level is adapted to aircraft type, operator policy, available access and actual operational window.
Service scope
CARION performs cabin verification and preparation focused on presentation, functionality and boarding readiness per operator briefing:
- Cabin walk-through and visual check of order, presentation and general condition.

Indicative timing
Indicative ranges for scheduling. Actual time may vary by configuration, service level, catering coordination and access conditions.
Subject to configuration and checklist depth.
Extended zone coverage and rotation.
Subject to catering sequence and airside access.
Advance planning recommended with confirmed actual window.
If amenities replenishment or additional validations are included, timing is adjusted at the operational briefing.
