Upon request, CARION will arrange for the relevant FBO, airport authority, or airline to be named as Additional Insured / Certificate Holder on the Aviation Liability policy for the duration of any specific service agreement, subject to insurer approval.
The official Certificate of Insurance (COI) is issued directly by our insurer and available upon formal request. To obtain a copy for vendor registration, FBO approval, or service agreement purposes, contact our Operations team referencing document CARION-INS-01. Responses are provided within 24–48 business hours.
